💡Detailed description
This is the best value for money house for the first person who sees it. There are many houses in this condition in the neighborhood that are over 100 per month.
I've lived here for a little over 2 years and the previous owner lived here for over 5 years and hasn't raised the rent once in that time.
The neighborhood is quiet, there are restaurants, coin laundry (1 minute), convenience store (1 minute), unmanned cafe (1 minute), library, Seleongneung walking course, etc.
The Bongunsa side is also good for walking, but I've never been there and I often go to COEX.
It's a quiet residential area near a Chinese restaurant called "Geumyong" (see the photo above).
It's about a 5-minute walk from Seonneung Station and Samseongjungang Station. Seolleung Station (Line 2) and Gangnam-gu Office Station (Line 7) are also within walking distance, so it's easy to take the subway.
There are 3 built-in closets and a separate boiler room, so it's great for storing luggage.
The reason why I listed it in real estate and uploaded it myself first is to hand over the following items that I brought in while repairing and decorating while living there.
I can save 300~400,000 won in living expenses (ghostwriting through a real estate agency costs 5~10,000 won).

I'm handing over the following items for $450,000: a Cooing refrigerator ($369,000), two IKEA cabinets ($100,000), kitchen lights ($100,000), a kitchen storage mobile countertop ($100,000), a wall-mounted full-length mirror, a storage shelf next to the refrigerator, a storage shelf in the boiler room, a bathroom cabinet, and a design shower.
I've attached a picture of the room so you can see it in person and decide for yourself.
I can only do it in the evening on weekdays because of work, and I can do it this week (today/tomorrow) but not next week.
