He even cleaned the air conditioner without being asked, considering it was summer season. Most importantly, this is the best house for running or exercise enthusiasts. Tancheon is just a 1-minute walk away, making me feel like the river is my front yard. There are parks and lush trees around, so I was always happy walking to Migeum Station in the morning, and there are plenty of food options nearby. The neighborhood is peaceful and quiet at night. Delivery food works well, and there's a large GS Fresh Mart nearby (though Coupang works these days too). And most importantly, there are hardly any insects, which was the most satisfying aspect. It's a double near-station area of Migeum & Ori, with Shinbundang Line and Suin-Bundang Line, and there are many bus stops nearby, so you can easily choose transportation according to the time.
