The building is very quiet, with good soundproofing, and the building neighborhood is also safe and quiet. There are CCTV cameras at the building entrance, and the building is well-maintained with good cleaning and garbage disposal. The refrigerator and microwave were new when I moved in, so you can consider them almost new. The room has good natural light. And a special feature is that although it's a 1. 5 room apartment, there are separate air conditioners installed in the bedroom and kitchen area. Internet is also free. The best part was that the owner's mother is very kind. Although they don't live in the same building, they're always ready to come over within hours on the same day to take care of anything, no matter how small the problem. Currently, a dish drying rack has been installed in the upper kitchen cabinet by drilling holes (I asked the owner's mother, and she immediately took care of it). Parking was also really convenient and stress-free. They're willing to negotiate the price: 500 for 60 or 1000 for 55.
