Study time is secured properly. -It's perfect as a room just for sleeping. -I've never smelled cigarette smoke. There are no smokers around the building, and no one smokes inside the building, so there's no cigarette smell. -Recycling can be done immediately. Instead of collecting recyclable waste in plastic bags, you can throw it directly into the recycling bins next to the stairs, keeping the house clean. -There's a coin laundry near the building, making it easy to use the washing machine and dryer. -Access is with a key, not a digital key. -No pets allowedㅜ ☆Closing Remarks landlord The owner is so! nice. They solve any inconvenience immediately. They even fixed a minor problem I mentioned casually before moving in 😊 It's so clean that recycling and trash are taken out every day. I'm a minimalist and like to keep things clean, so I'll use the room very cleanly and leave it that way! As you can see from the length of this post, the house has so many advantages! I'm letting the room go with a heavy heart because my health has deteriorated…ㅜㅜ The house is really good, and the price is really good too, to the point that there are almost no vacancies (the 4th floor is all occupied by quiet people). The owner said they mainly accept quiet, easy-going, and well-mannered students (those preparing for civil service exams, those preparing for certifications, job seekers, university students, graduate students, etc.). Many people have passed their exams and moved on from this room. Achieve your dreams in this room! I will help with things like brokerage fees.
