SodamSodam is basically a residential space for long-term residents that the basic term of contract is 1 year. However, if it is inevitable case just like you from foreign country, we are also conducting a short-term contract at least for six months at a time. the composition of tenants is various nationalities and occupations of tenants are also various such as office workers and SNU students SodamSodam is popular enough to be introduced to various media and reliable enough to be registered officially as a community house platform by the Seoul Metropolitan Government, so there are many inquiries recently (Search ‘SodamSodam’ on Naver. com in Korea) there have been a lot of inquiries about moving in from Seoul National University student. Seowon Station on the newly opened subway line is adjacent to SodamSodam, so it takes less than 15 minutes to travel to Seoul National University by subway. Because of the opening of the new subway and the proximity to Seoul National University, students at Seoul National University seem to like SodamSodam. Subway Line 2 (Sillim Station) and Sillim Line (Seowon Station) are located very close, so public transportation is convenient.
