Maintenance fee/Utilities (electricity, gas, water, internet) 0 won. - Included in the monthly rent, so no extra cost. - I left the Air conditioner (air conditioner) on when I went out in the summer. (Electricity bill 0 won) - The heating is central heating. (They turn it on warm for you, and adjust the temperature upon request.) 4. Good transportation. - Within a 10-minute walk from Seoul National University Venture Town Station - Within a 5-minute walk from the bus stop They say it's negotiable. They prefer someone who can do 700, but they say they're open to negotiation for lower amounts, so feel free to contact contact.
