There is no noise from upstairs or neighboring units, and all the residents are quiet—it's truly the best. I was amazed to find such a great place to live.
Security is excellent, with two police officers patrolling the area daily from the nearby police station.
The kitchen has an electric induction stove, and the boiler is also electric. Even with the air conditioner running at full power and frequent use of the induction stove in summer, the electricity bill remains low, averaging around 3,000 KRW per month.
