The deposit is 1,000,000 KRW, the monthly rent is 300,000 KRW, and the maintenance fee is 30,000 KRW, which includes TV, water, and internet. You only need to pay for your actual electricity usage—nothing else! The unit is on the 5th floor, with a rooftop directly above, making it very convenient for exercising or drying laundry. The landlord lives on the 1st floor and promptly fixes any issues on the same day. Personally, I found living here very convenient, and I am sad to leave.
