However, due to personal circumstances, I am taking a leave of absence and moving to another region, so I am looking for someone to take over the lease! **Advantages** 1. **Very spacious.** There is even a veranda, making it feel much larger. It is spacious enough for two people to live comfortably, with plenty of storage space. The large space also allows for flexible furniture arrangement and interior design. :) 2. **Quiet neighborhood.** When I lived near Seomun, there was a lot of foot traffic and many motorcycles passing by, making it a bit noisy. However, this place is slightly away from Seomun, so it is very quiet. 3. **No bugs!** The first floor is a parking lot, so bugs cannot easily enter the building. I have never seen a bug inside my room. 4. **Plenty of parking space.** Various people live in this building, but the parking lot is very spacious, making it convenient if you own a vehicle (including motorcycles) or if your parents visit. 5. **Great openness.** The large west-facing window offers a fantastic view of Yeonhui-dong. If you dislike feeling confined, I highly recommend this place! Plus, the sunset view is stunning. :) 6. **Convenience store within a minute's walk!** It’s not GS25 or CU, but there is a very friendly owner at Jinheung Supermarket, which is very close. 7. **Good distance from school.** There is a side gate near the Underwood Memorial Hall, which is a 3-minute walk away. Other distances: College of Life Sciences - 4 minutes, Science Hall - 5 minutes, Central Library - 7 minutes, Yeonhui Hall, Business Hall, and Student Hall - 10 minutes, Engineering College - 12 minutes. As an engineering student, I enjoyed the quiet and scenic walk through the forest near the memorial hall during all four seasons. **Honest Disadvantages** 1. **There is an uphill slope when coming from Yeonhui-dong.** The villa is located slightly uphill, so you have to walk up a slope. I considered it part of my walking exercise. 2. **It is an older building.** The furniture and interior show signs of aging. However, I didn’t mind this and was satisfied with my stay. When I moved in, the kitchen (including the washing machine) was quite old, so the landlord kindly remodeled it. Additionally, I partially covered the cost to replace the air conditioner with an LG model due to performance issues in the summer. 3. **The bathroom is a bit small and doesn’t ventilate well.** Compared to the room size, the bathroom is slightly small. However, it wasn’t too cramped, so I found it acceptable. There is a ventilation fan, but no window, so I kept the bathroom door open after use to help with humidity. 4. **Some noise can be heard.** Occasionally, residents bring friends over, and when they are loud, the sound echoes through the hallway. Unless noise insulation is your top priority, it shouldn’t be a major issue. The landlord is very kind, and since the room is currently vacant, feel free to contact me if you’d like to see it! Ideally, I’d prefer someone who can move in as soon as possible.
