In the summer, they even share homegrown vegetables from the rooftop garden. It takes about 6–7 minutes on foot from the station at an average adult male's walking pace. A short walk downhill leads to Seongdae Market, and a 15-minute walk in the opposite direction takes you to Boramae Park and Boramae Hospital, making this a great location. Yeouido is very close, and it's also convenient for commuting to Gangnam, making this an ideal place for young professionals. :) Move-in is available from January 31, 2025.
