(You can ask the current tenant directly about the room instead of just viewing an empty space. Since personal belongings are still in the room, you can get a realistic sense of how it looks after moving in.) 2. Structural Features - ⭐Top-floor unit on the 4th floor⭐ (Landlord, an elderly person, lives upstairs) - No elevator, but the stairs are not too difficult to climb. - Separate kitchen and fully furnished (air conditioner, refrigerator, desk, chair, bed, washing machine, electric stove, storage cabinet, Wi-Fi – router needs to be purchased separately, etc.) 3. Noise 🔊 - The landlord lives upstairs, and the neighbors are so quiet that you wouldn’t even know they are there. (You can only tell someone lives next door if their packages disappear from the doorstep.) - No shared facilities (microwave, washing machine) in the hallway, so you won’t hear noise from these appliances at night. - Almost no external noise. Since it’s on the 4th floor, you may occasionally hear motorcycles if the window is open. However, being on a high floor and keeping the window closed blocks out most noise, ensuring a good night’s sleep. - The building has a strong study atmosphere, with some tenants having lived here for over 10 years and students studying inside their rooms. 4. Security - CCTV is installed in the building. - The area has a steady flow of pedestrians, making it safe to walk at night. - The room has a double-lock system. 5. Natural Lighting - The room gets plenty of sunlight. 6. Other Features - No bugs ❌. A new screen door was installed, so there are no cockroaches, and I’ve never seen moth flies or fruit flies. - No mold ❌. - Strong water pressure in the bathroom. The building’s water pipes are located below, so the water flows powerfully. - The room stays very warm. I sleep in short sleeves even in this weather. - The small size of the room makes cleaning quick and easy. Sweeping and mopping take just 10 minutes, allowing more time for studying. - Perfect for sleeping. - No cigarette smell. There are no smokers around the building or inside, so there is no lingering smoke odor. - Easy waste disposal. You don’t have to collect recyclables in plastic bags; you can dispose of them immediately in the recycling bins next to the stairs, keeping the room clean. - A coin laundry is nearby, making it convenient to wash and dry clothes. - Uses a traditional key instead of a digital lock. - No pets allowed. 😢 ☆ Final Notes The landlord is incredibly kind! Any issues are resolved immediately. Even minor concerns I casually mentioned before moving in were promptly fixed. 😊 The building is well-maintained, with daily waste disposal and recycling. I love minimalism and keeping things tidy, so I will leave the room in excellent condition! As you can see from the length of this post, this place has so many advantages! Unfortunately, due to health issues, I am reluctantly giving up this room… 😢 This place is so great that vacancies are rare (only quiet tenants live on the 4th floor). The price is also very reasonable! The landlord prefers quiet, easygoing, and well-mannered students (exam takers, certification candidates, job seekers, university and graduate students, etc.).
