I will receive two months' rent and Security deposit at once. If you want to move out, you must find another tenant (must be female). No pets allowed, Parking is not possible. No smoking in the room, no actions that disturb neighbors, proper waste disposal, and no damage to wallpaper, furniture, or electronics are required. I'll be back in March after staying at my parents' house in January and February.
