Highly recommended for Yonsei students. The room is larger than 7 pyeong, has good natural lighting, and the water pressure is strong. There is a security code at the entrance, making it safe. On the first floor of the building, there is a convenience store and a laundromat, and nearby, there are Starbucks, a supermarket, a coin karaoke, a PC café, a café, and a bus stop. Yeonhui-dong, Yeonnam-dong, Hongdae, and Sinchon are all within walking distance. Safety was my biggest concern, but since it's not deep inside an alley, walking home late at night feels safe. The window is large, has no security bars, and the view is unobstructed, allowing plenty of sunlight (see photos). There is no elevator, but since the second floor is slightly elevated, climbing to the fourth floor is not difficult. Although the building is old, it is well-maintained, with cleaning staff coming every week. The landlord lives on the second floor, so any issues can be resolved quickly. Parking is not available. The Sinchon and Yeonhui-dong areas are generally expensive, so it was difficult to find a room of this size with good lighting and nearby amenities at this price. The room may look cluttered because I have a lot of belongings, but it is actually very spacious. I have lived here for about a year, and I am moving due to personal reasons. Internet is not included, but I currently have an LG U+ internet contract. If needed, I can transfer it to you. The LG U+ plan costs 16,500 KRW per month (other providers charge 22,000 KRW). It includes Wi-Fi and a LAN cable. This building supports fiber-optic internet, and I have upgraded to a faster connection.
