Great House for Runners 1000/50 landlord The landlord was kind and even helped with the deposit temporarily, showing great consideration for the tenant. Air conditioner Cleaning was done proactively during the summer season, without even being requested. Above all, it's the best house for runners and fitness enthusiasts. The Tancheon River is a 1-minute walk away; I felt like the Tancheon River was my front yard. There are parks and lush trees nearby, making my morning walks to Migeum Station always pleasant. There are also many restaurants nearby. The neighborhood is peaceful and quiet at night. Delivery food is readily available, and there's a large GS Freshmart nearby (although Coupang is also an option these days). Most importantly, there were very few insects, which was the most satisfying aspect. Migeum & Ori double-station location provides easy access to the Shindandang Line and Suin-Bundang Line, plus many bus stops nearby, making transportation very convenient.
