Advantages 1. It's very spacious. With a veranda, it feels much larger. It's large enough for a two-person household, easy to store luggage, and because it's spacious, you can arrange furniture and decorate it as you like:) 2. The neighborhood is quiet. When I lived near Seomun before, there were a lot of people and motorcycles passing by, so it was a little noisy, but it's a bit far from Seomun, so it's very quiet. 3. No bugs! The first floor is a parking lot, so the structure doesn't allow bugs to climb into the building, and that's why I've never seen a bug in the room. 4. The parking lot is very spacious. It seems like a diverse group of people live here, and the parking lot is very spacious, which is very convenient if you have a personal vehicle (motorcycle, etc.) or when your parents visit! 5. It has a good sense of openness. There's a very large window facing west, and the view of Yeonhui-dong from the window is very beautiful. I highly recommend it to those who don't like stuffy places! It's not GS25 or CU, but it's very close to Jinheung Super, where a very kind old man works! 7. The distance to the school is okay. There's a side gate towards Underwood Memorial Hall instead of the main gate, and it takes about 3 minutes to the side gate, 4 minutes to the College of Life and Science, 5 minutes to the Science Hall, 7 minutes to the Central Library, 10 minutes to the Yeonhee Hall, Business School, and Academic Hall, and about 12 minutes to the Engineering School. I was an engineering student, and there's a forest on the way to and from school (towards the Memorial Hall), so I could feel the four seasons and commute to and from school comfortably and quietly! Honest Disadvantages 1. There's a slope when going up from the Yeonhui-dong area. Villa (low-rise) The location is a little higher, so you have to accept the slope when walking up. I thought of it as exercise! 2. It's an old building. There are signs of time on the furniture and interior. I don't pay much attention to this part, so I was satisfied, and the kitchen (Washing machine), which was too old when I moved in, was completely remodeled by the owner's grandmother! In addition, after moving in, the air conditioner was replaced with an LG air conditioner because of performance issues, and I paid part of the cost:) 3. The bathroom is a little small and the humidity doesn't dissipate well. The bathroom is a bit small compared to the size of the room. But it's not too small, so I compromised to some extent. There's a vent in the bathroom, but no window, so I kept the Bathroom door open after use to remove moisture:) 4. Noise is not completely blocked out. Sometimes people bring friends over, and when they chat loudly, the sound echoes a little through Hallway. Unless noise sensitivity is your top priority and soundproofing is your main concern, it shouldn't be a big problem! landlord The grandmother is also kind, and the room is currently vacant, so if you want to see it, please feel free to contact me!
