Highly recommended for Yonsei University students. The room is larger than 7 pyeong (approximately 23. 1 square meters), has good lighting, and good water pressure. There's a security code on the first floor, making it safe. There's a laundry room on the first floor of the building, and nearby amenities include Starbucks, a supermarket, a coin karaoke room, a PC cafe, other cafes, and bus stops. Yeonhui-dong, Yeonnam-dong, Hongdae, and Sinchon are all within walking distance. Security was my biggest concern, but it's not in a deep alley, so even walking home late at night is safe. The windows are large, there are no bars, and the view is unobstructed, so the sun shines well (see photos). There's no elevator, but the second floor is a half-floor up, so it's not difficult even though it's the 4th floor. Although the building is old, there are people who come to clean every week, and it's well-maintained. The landlord lives on the second floor, so problems can be resolved immediately. Parking is not available. The area around Sinchon and Yeonhui-dong is very expensive, and it was difficult to find a room this size with this much sunlight and nearby amenities at this price. I found a really good room. My belongings make it look cluttered, but the room is very spacious. I've lived here for about a year and am posting this because I'm moving due to personal circumstances. There's no internet, but I'm currently subscribed to LG U+ internet and can transfer the contract if needed. With U+, it's 16, 500 won per month (other carriers are 22, 000 won). This includes Wi-Fi and wired internet, and since this building supports fiber optic internet, it's been upgraded to fiber optic (faster). The scheduled move-out date is November 23rd, and you can move in after that. You can view the room starting this week. Please ask if you have any questions.
