This is Honeybee, a women-only share house~ Our share house is located right in front of exit 6 of Sadang Station, on the main street. According to Naver Map, it's a 3-minute walk (I actually timed it, and it took about 1 minute and 30 seconds even when I walked slowly), making it ultra-convenient! It's on the 11th floor of a 15-story residential complex building, so the view is also very good. Above all, unlike typical share houses, all rooms have a "spacious balcony," which makes the insulation, soundproofing, and openness excellent. There's a new LG dryer, so you won't have to hang laundry on the balcony often, but it's great for storing luggage, opening the windows wide to enjoy the openness, etc. ~ Instead of typical low-cost frames, we have fully installed sturdy and stable storage, LED-lit beds (except for Room 5), and high-quality blackout curtains that cover the entire large balcony window.
