I lived here for almost two years without any inconvenience and very comfortably. The building has a password-protected entrance, so access by outsiders is restricted (safe even as an attic), and the owner's grandparents live on the 4th floor, but they don't interfere at all, and in the summer, they even give you greens they grow on the roof. It takes about 6-7 minutes to walk from the station (adult male pace), and if you walk down a little, there's Seongdae Market, and if you go back about 15 minutes, there's Boram Park and Boram Hospital, so the location is really good. Yeouido is very close, and it's easy to get to Gangnam, so it's a suitable room for those who are starting their careers:) Moving in is possible on January 31,2025, and only those who can sign the contract and move in on this date are requested to contact.
