All other dishes and utensils are shared. Common areas and bathrooms are cleaned daily. The room includes a closet, bed, dresser, hanger, Air conditioner, and a separate shoe rack. Behind the window is a Enclosed balcony (veranda) room. We recommend this space for those without a lot of luggage. The price is Security deposit 70 / Monthly rent (wolse) 70, and there's no Maintenance fee. The Han River is about a 7-minute walk away, and it's located between Sinsa Station and Apgujeong Station.
