Gimpo City Hall front / 10 min walk to Sau Station It's a good value and clean studio. As you can see in the photo, it's semi-basement but has three windows and lots of light. The room is spacious from the moment you enter and there is a separate bed inside. There are convenience store/mart/laundry/restaurant within 30 seconds walk / Wonmart is 5 minutes walk for a large supermarket The kitchen/washing machine is also separated by a sash, so you can live comfortably. I was doing well since January of this year, but suddenly there was a personnel announcement and I had to move out. The microwave, clothes rack, and mini vacuum cleaner were purchased separately, but if you need them, I can give them to you or I will dispose of them.
