Unlike many compact studios in the city, this 50m² space offers an open, airy layout — perfect for those who value comfort and room to breathe. - It takes 10 minutes by subway (1 stop) and 20 minutes on foot to Hanyang University Station on Line 2. Konkuk University Station on Line 2 is 2 stops away by subway (about 15 minutes) and a 30-minute walk. - Nearby are Dior Seongsu, Seoul Forest, Seongsu café street, and many delicious bakeries, making it easy to spend the whole day just exploring the neighborhood. - Located on a main road with an apartment complex in front, the area is safe and lively. Four security cameras are installed around the building for added peace of mind. - There is no washing machine in the house, but a laundromat is conveniently located just a 1-minute walk away. - Guests are responsible for compensation in case of damage or stains to the property. - Excessive use of included amenities may result in additional maintenance fees. - A newborn baby has just arrived upstairs, so we kindly ask for guests who value a quiet and peaceful stay. - You can also sign up for one-day tour to experience Korean culture and Korean language classes. * Additional guest fee: 100,000 KRW per person (charged every 1 weeks).
