🍀 Separate structure: the kitchen and bedroom are separated by a solid door, so there's less noise and no food odors! 🍀 Clean 🤍: We stayed really clean. We even had a professional clean the washing machine (in May). We had the air conditioner cleaned for the summer (June). The refrigerator was replaced with a new one. (May) Parking is available and there is no parking fee. ⭐️ 🍀 Neighborhood amenities and environment: There are many amenities within 10 seconds, including convenience stores, coffee shops (Compose, Mega, Private Yecca, etc.), bus stops, subway (Sinjeong Station), and food stalls. It's a big street right in front of you and there's an elementary school across the street, so it's safe and secure. ☺️ 🍀 Bokbi ❌❌ No bokbi. ⭐️ The heating and hot water are good, as well as the water pressure! (Come and see for yourself! ☺️) The room is not cramped and there is an elevator. I'm posting my room because I suddenly changed jobs and have to move to a new area. I can move in after mid-August and we can coordinate. Feel free to contact me! 🙏
