When I was looking for a house before I got married, I always thought that I wanted to live in a beautiful house. However, I don't think there were many houses for one person that were tasteful or pretty, so I decided to fix it up and find a new tenant. I want to have a good relationship with the tenants who think of my house as their own, so I write to Peter Pan directly to find a new tenant. (I already have young and sensible tenants in the house next door and the house below. I'm looking for the owner of a 1,5 room on the first floor, down the world steps again.) Our building is an old red brick house, but it's very cool and warm in the winter. The original owner built it very sturdy for his family, so it's a very neat, pretty, well-maintained house, as you'll see when you come in. The house has just been renovated and we've insulated the outside walls, which has made it very warm, and we're currently painting it, and it's very warm even though we're out and about. The interior is a style that women like, and the house is bright because it is a street house, so it is good for a single woman to live. Before that, a single man lived there for two years and is preparing to move out. _This house has been completely renovated except for the sash. Everything has been repaired, including the bathroom kitchen, etc. We had a good tenant two years ago and are looking for a new tenant. The hallway has also been repaired, and it is a roadside house, not a dark house, and it is a 3-minute walk from Yeomchang Station, so the current tenants are all satisfied. It is down the world step, but if you look at the picture, the house is right down the 30cm stairs. Room_ There is a south-facing room of 9 pyeong, a renovated kitchen of 2 pyeong, and a long toilet. It's suitable for a single person, and options are up for discussion. I prefer people who are already self-sufficient and have options. The rooms have all been renovated and are in very good condition. The kitchen is new now, but the washing machine has been put in the bathroom as it is spacious (not pictured) and the cooktop above is a 2-burner highlight. There is an existing air conditioner so you can use that as well. The house is detached with a big gate. The hallway is outside so it is bright and safe. The street is also a big street. It's a 3-minute walk to Yeomchang Station, and the person who lived before said it was good because it was easy to commute to work. We also like it. We also like it. There is no mortgage on the building, so all subletting (including LH) is possible. There will never be a mortgage. This house is precious to us, and we hate people who play with other people's money. This is our home, we take care of it, and you will enjoy living in it for the rest of your life. It's an old house, but it has design and character. You'll notice when you come to visit, the walls are thicker than the current office buildings and other villas, so the soundproofing is good. -------------------------------------- The water bill is divided by the number of people per household in the whole building. On average, it comes out to about 12,000 won (based on two months). You have to pay 30,000 won per month for the building management fee (we get 30,000 won when we pay the water bill). Upstairs is for us and our family. Nearby is Yongwangsan, GS Mart within a 5 minute walk, a traditional market at Dalseong Station, Yumchang Station, and many buses to Hongdae, so I guarantee it will be a very comfortable place to live. There is no parking, but if you have guests at home, you can park in Wolchon public parking lot (600 won per hour). The house is on a low floor with large windows facing south, but there is plenty of sunlight. There are also trees, so the atmosphere of the house itself is good. In addition, there are windows facing north and south, so there is a good breeze and the atmosphere of the house is really good. ---------------------------------------- We hope to live as neighbors with good tenants. We look forward to hearing from like-minded, appreciative people. (The pictures are of the downstairs, which we remodeled about 4 years ago, and it's neat. ) There is room in the yard for bikes, etc. The house itself is kept tidy (cleaned by a cleaning company every week). The current tenants have done the same. The property has a large rental fund, so I would like to proceed with the format of viewing here, viewing the house in person, and signing the contract in person, but signing the contract at a property I know. I am a landlord, and then the rental fund loan will be normal. The current tenants also proceeded like this, and the person who came in this time came in because he wanted a LH youth loan of less than 18 thousand, and my house does not have a lot of rental money compared to the amount of the house, so both loans are possible. The house is under renovation and can be viewed if you contact me first via text (please say 2 room inquiry). I hope the current tenant will come here and get along well and move out. I think this house has a good foundation and I hope good people will come and stay. This is the building below.
