It's a south-facing studio 5 minutes away from the Han River and Mangwon Market The windows are big, so it lets in a lot of light and has good ventilation The room is spacious, equipped with basic options, and clean As you can see from looking at houses near Mangwon-dong, Mapo-gu, and Hapjeong-dong, they are generally small and expensive. Unless they are new, the condition is similar. I recommend it to anyone looking for a studio with good value for money.
