I have been living here under an LH Jeonse lease, but I am moving due to work-related reasons. The landlord plans to switch to a standard Jeonse contract only until March 2026 (★), after which the lease will be converted to a monthly rental. I have had no issues living here under the LH Jeonse lease, but I recommend checking directly for eligibility regarding SH, LH, or government-backed youth housing loans. Having lived in this area for eight years, I find this space quite spacious. Currently, there is a large table, bed, nightstand, and clothing rack, yet there is still plenty of room—ideal for those with a lot of belongings. The bathroom is slightly small, but the spacious room makes up for it! With three windows, the ventilation is excellent, and natural lighting is also good. The bus stop for Kyung Hee University’s main entrance is just a 2-minute walk, and Hoegi Station is about 10 minutes away. It is also only 1–2 minutes from the Kyung Hee University intersection Starbucks, making it close to the main street near the front gate. The area is quiet and safe, with Hillstate Apartments in front and Hyundai Apartments behind. There is virtually no noise, and even motorcycle sounds are rare. The landlord is very attentive, promptly addressing any issues, and communication has never been a problem. Since the building is not new, there are some aspects to be mindful of, but with proper maintenance, it is a great place. It is hard to find a space of this size at this price in this area, so I highly recommend it to students! I have kept the place clean, so feel free to contact me if you are interested!
