The landlord has lived in the neighborhood for a long time and is an elderly person. They are a good person, and in my case, they allowed me to use the house not only for residential purposes but also as a studio. I took out a loan of 278 million KRW and currently pay about 1 million KRW in monthly interest. There is no other 50-pyeong detached house with a garden and outdoor terrace where you can live for around 1 million KRW per month. There is no parking space within the building, but paid parking is available in the adjacent building. The landlord will assist with this, so you can discuss it directly with them. Loan Status I had 32 million KRW of my own money and took out a loan of 278 million KRW. All the rooms are relatively large, and I really liked the outdoor terrace on the 2nd floor and the garden on the 1st floor, which is why I signed the contract. I originally planned to operate a studio here. Additionally, right next to the detached house, there is a separate one-room building with one bedroom, a kitchen, and a bathroom. This space is also included. There are no photos available, but it has recently been remodeled and is overall very clean. It would be best to check it out in person. 4. Pets You can keep dogs or cats without any issues. The landlord does not mind, and with the outdoor terrace and garden, it is an ideal place for raising dogs.
