The path to the station is mostly flat, making it a pleasant walk. Behind the villa is Achasan Mountain, and in front is Children's Grand Park, making it a great place to live. The area has a good commercial district with markets and many great restaurants, yet the villa itself is located at the entrance of a residential area, making it very quiet. I am the current tenant who has lived here for over four years and am now moving out. The living environment is excellent, and the villa is well-maintained with a luxurious exterior and interior. The building is owned by a single landlord, ensuring good management. During my four years here, I have not experienced major issues such as noise between floors, window and door problems, mold, or parking stress, which are common concerns in villas. The lease contract can be arranged through a real estate agency or directly with the landlord. There is no mortgage on the property, so full loan financing is possible. The jeonse price is reasonable, so there is no risk of a gap investment issue. There have been no defects or problems during my stay, and both the landlord and other tenants are quiet and tidy, which has been another great advantage.
