The window offers an open view, making it great for enjoying the scenery. CCTV cameras are installed at the building entrance and on each floor. Recently, a new Hanyang University dormitory was built nearby, and a main road was opened, making it safer to return home even at night. Hanyang University Station and Majang Station are both within a 10-minute walk, and Wangsimni Station is about 15 minutes away, providing convenient access to public transportation.
