Lived well without any major issues, and it's very large and convenient for living alone. Due to marriage, I'm moving out on March 28,25, so I'm posting this. The supply area is 25 pyeong (approximately 82. 5 square meters), and the actual usable area seems to be over 10 pyeong (approximately 33 square meters). Even with the largest clothes rack, makeup table, and two people lying down, there's still space in the dressing room. In the master bedroom, a queen-size bed + bed frame + two 50cm nightstands fit, and there's room for a 1200-size computer desk. In the living room, there's still space left after placing a Refrigerator 300L extra-large drying rack. The kitchen space is larger than a typical small studio apartment and has a gas stove, making cooking convenient. There's also a ventilation vent. Windows: Bedroom (large room), closet room (small room), living room, Kitchen, Bathroom. Well-ventilated, and has burglar bars. The owner repainted the stairs and balcony last summer, and personally applied a waterproof coating to the roof. The owner is a former paint shop owner, so he handles most house related maintenance himself. Advantages: 1. Easy accessibility (1) 5-8 minute walk to the bus terminal (5 minutes without traffic lights) (2) 3-4 minute walk to Korea Hospital (3) 3-5 minute drive to Daejeon IC 3. Quiet neighborhood (neighborhood house, no studio apartments, restaurants & bars) 4. No Monthly rent (wolse) Maintenance fee (monthly rent usually includes Maintenance fee 30-50,000 won) 5. The room is spacious for the price and 2BR apartment (those with a lot of clothes can use the closet room, so it's more than enough for one person to live alone) 6. Good value for money 2BR apartment (Security deposit monthly rent is significantly cheaper) 7. No owner interference (the owner is not on the first floor, grandmother, grandson, and granddaughter live there) 8. Parking parking for 2 cars possible (not a parking lot, but parking for two cars is possible on the house building side, almost always available (over 80% of the time), even if someone else parks, there are many parking spots within a 1-minute walk) 9. Boiler room storage available (for those with a lot of belongings, there is storage space approximately 1. 5m wide and over 15m long) 10. Balcony Terrace available, so you can dry laundry outdoors on nice days, put up a recycling bin, and smokers can smoke right outside the door 11. There's an awning to protect from snow and rain, making the balcony Terrace very useful. Even if you leave things outside in the rain, they won't get wet unless it's a typhoon. 12. Although it's a rooftop, there may be roof leaks, but the owner applied a waterproof coating to the roof in 2024. 13. No noise from other floors Disadvantages: 1. The stairs to the 2nd floor are a bit steep (be careful, no one has fallen or been injured in 3 years) 2. Bathroom low ceiling height (it seems like the attic was converted into a bathroom, the ceiling height is about 185cm, I'm 178cm, there is some inconvenience when using Bathroom, but the price is cheap enough to consider) 3. It's a rooftop, so it's hot and cold (so even with Air conditioner full operation in summer, it costs 40-60,000 won, in winter, use it with a radiator. Gas bill 100-150,000 won, electricity bill 40-60,000 won) I can afford this because there are no management fees, and I can use the gas as much as I want, but only for two months in summer and three months in winter. I don't pay Maintenance fee, so I consider it management fees and Utilities (electricity, gas, water, internet). 4. Old building house Completed in the mid-1980s ------>The owner said that the bathroom and stairs are a bit inconvenient, so they're offering it 50,000-70,000 won cheaper than similar Monthly rent (wolse) market prices (a steal). All Monthly rent (wolse) 2BR apartment Apartment etc. living spaces have pros and cons, so please consider them before choosing. The move-in date is expected to be around April 7th, as I'm moving out on March 28th, and the owner will wallpaper and replace the Vinyl flooring with new ones. However, this needs to be discussed with the landlord. Oh, and you might worry about cockroaches because it's an old house, but there are no cockroaches. I plan to sell the remaining appliances and furniture on Carrot (a Korean app for buying and selling used goods). Samick Furniture queen bed frame only (original price 700,000 won), computer desk (1200), Refrigerator (approx. 300L?), dressing table, Microwave, hanger, shoe rack, rice cooker, etc. I'm planning to sell appliances and furniture, but there aren't many options, so I'll pass them on cheaper than the Carrot price to those who need to move in. Money I spent on Maintenance fee (maintenance) during 3 years of living here = 8,900 won for a replacement toilet cover from Coupang because the old one was broken, 3,000 won for LED light replacement 1 year ago Bathroom That's all!
