I'm a woman in my 30s living with one cat, and the house is a 3-room structure, but one room is used for storage, so you can use one of the remaining 2 rooms. Due to the nature of pets, I'm looking for someone who doesn't have cat allergies, isn't sensitive to cat hair and sand, and can understand the characteristics of cats. I will also do my best to keep the house environment clean and comfortable for the person living with me. Our cat is gentle and doesn't get shy around strangers, and has no behavioral problems. However, please note that life with a cat is bound to be different from living with only humans. Thank you for considering contact. *Residency Period: We are looking for someone with a stable background who can stay for 6 months or longer (we will consider shorter periods after discussion). *Transportation: Near Haengdang Station (Line 5), Wangsimni Station (Line 2), and Geumho Station (Line 3) (10-20 minutes by local bus). 30 minutes from Dongguk University and Hanyang University. - Recommended for office workers/college students using lines 2, 3, and 5. I also attended Dongguk University and used the local bus/subway to get there in about 30 minutes. *Amenities: Convenience store/cafe/small public library within a 5-minute walk. Apartment shopping center and police station within a 10-minute walk. Access to the Han River (by local bus). *Options: We have basic appliances necessary for living, such as a bed/Washing machine/Refrigerator/dryer/Microwave. If you're okay with it, I can give you the mattress from the bed I bought and used in September. We also have plenty of dishes and kitchen utensils, but of course, you can bring your own if you're more comfortable using them. Advantages: 1. Good access to the city center/near the Han River. Haengdang Station/Geumho Station/Wangsimni Station are all within 10-20 minutes by local bus, so it's easy to get to anywhere in Seoul using the subway/bus. In particular, Seongsu Station/Seoul Forest are close, and I often go there on weekends. If you don't mind a little walk, you can exercise by the Han River in the morning and evening. 2. Clean condition compared to the age of the building The house itself is old, but the owners, who work in construction, remodeled it themselves, so the rooms and bathrooms are all clean and well-maintained. Despite being an older building, I haven't seen any bugs, including cockroaches, in the house since summer. There are a lot of mosquitoes in the summer and fall, though. . . ㅠㅠ 3. No noise, quiet It's separated from the city center, so it's quiet in the morning and evening. Most of the residents have lived here for a long time, or are renting, so there have been no Noise level related inconveniences since moving in. Also, the scenery of the park in the nearby forest is beautiful and good for walking. Disadvantages: 1. Located on a hillside The neighborhood is very hilly, making it difficult to get around on foot. If you have a car, you can move around more easily. A local bus runs in front of the house, so it's not too inconvenient, but mobility is lower compared to living in a flat area, so I recommend coming to see it in person. Parking is difficult in front of the house, but it's possible in nearby public parking lots and nearby areas with some effort. (Parking location will be provided when you come to see the house.) 2. No view Because it's a densely populated residential area, the view from the house isn't very good, so I don't recommend it for people who spend a lot of time at home. However, the view and night view from the rooftop are really beautiful. Please take a look at the rooftop when you come to see the house. 3. Cold in winter Due to the nature of the old building, there is a draft, so the house is cold if you don't turn on the heating. However, it gets warm when you turn on the boiler, so if you can consider the increase in heating costs during the winter, you should be able to stay without being too cold. . ! Feel free to contact contact to come and see the house, and if you need to discuss anything related to luggage, appliances, or furniture, we can coordinate and adjust accordingly. I'm currently packing up, so I'm only posting simple photos of the room/living room/Bathroom. Please direct any inquiries about the house to the link below or in the comments. Thank you.
