I will write our situation in detail, so please read carefully. It's a bit old, but it's clean. However, Since the previous tenant lived here for about 5 years, the wallpaper and flooring need to be replaced. We are planning to replace the flooring with gas installation instead of electrical installation (major construction). The law has changed, and originally, floor heating installation was not possible when Officetel (studio-type apartment) was built, but now new buildings are trending to include it as an option. In existing Officetel (studio-type apartment) buildings, gas boilers are cheaper to maintain, but the installation cost is high, so electrical installation is more common. Gas boiler heating Gas installation usually takes place in May because contractors tend to have less work then, and I've decided that it's better to do it around May for a more thorough job. If you don't move out by May, I plan to fully renovate the place and list it for 100/1000 (current average market price). Before then, I'll list it for less than the surrounding market price. I'm currently living in another studio apartment with a water-cooled air conditioner (around 100-200) inverter installed without an outdoor unit, so if you need that, please take note.
