It faces west, so in the summer, the sun comes in and it gets a little hot when I get home from work. Still, the sunset from the view in the last picture is beautiful. I liked living here so much that I stayed for a year, extended my lease, and am now moving out. Officetel (studio-type apartment) Because it's a village, the sound of motorcycles is loud when the door is open, but the double-glazed windows are good, so the soundproofing is really good when it's closed. And it's the end unit, so it feels private and nice. You can come to see the room anytime, and you'll see the room with me, but you'll sign the contract with the real estate agent in the building next door, who the landlord always deals with. Both the landlord and the real estate agent are very kind. Once, I needed to do some repairs due to age, and they sent me the money right away without even asking for the reason. Parking is free for one car, and on the first basement floor, there are usually one or two spots available. However, I want to park in front of the elevator, so I always park in front of the elevator on the second basement floor to optimize my movement. There are so many parking spaces from the second basement floor to the third basement floor that the spot is empty every day. I'm moving out on 10/30, so you can move in from 10/31 onwards.
