Located on the 4th floor of a Villa (low-rise) building, there are three rooms (two each rated Bathroom), each with their own private room. Cooking is allowed, and the apartment is equipped with a double-door Refrigerator, Water purifier (dispenser), air purifier, Washing machine, rice cooker, microwave, gas range, blender, vacuum cleaner, Air conditioner, shared Wi-Fi, and shared kitchenware. The common areas and bathroom are cleaned daily. The room includes a closet, bed, dresser, hanger, Air conditioner, and a separate shoe rack. The room behind the window is Enclosed balcony (veranda). We recommend this for those without much luggage. Prices range from Security deposit 70 to Monthly rent (wolse) 70, with no Maintenance fee. The Han River is a 7-minute walk away, and it's located between Sinsa Station and Apgujeong Station. Sinsa Station is a bit closer ^^ The surrounding area of the house has the best living infrastructure such as Convenience store, a supermarket, and delicious restaurants. Since it is a safe area for women, you don't have to worry about security. People with neat living habits are welcome ~ Office workers are preferred. Please leave a comment or contact me.
