Hello, Welcome! I'd like to introduct my place, Openhouse Sangdo station. We are located on residential area surrounding number of big Apartment which means there are many stores, restaurants etc. you could enjoy your personal life. We are at 4F. (1F: bakery store, fruit store / 2F: Math institute/ 3F: Yoga training center) There is no restaurant in the building which means no smell, no noise comes from stores. ^^ We also have a kitchen, you could enjoy cooking using all facilities; inductions, microwaves, refrigerators, food garbage fridge and kitchen table & stool. We provide rice, Korean noodles and various seasonings. We have 2 washing (laundry) machines and a dry machine. On top of that, we have a fabulous rooftop which is for Openhouse resident only. This place in Openhouse will make you excited to talk, take a rest and dry your laundry while you are looking at Seoul day & night view. Security wise, I'm confident we're super safe because we have a digital door lock at every door & CCTV camera working for 24hrs and male owner in the 40's be here to manage and welcome you. Again I'm saying every room has a digital door lock which has a personal password setting by individual. Lastly, I can communicate with you at any time in English when you are in trouble. Also, every student from overseas requires to submit 'Confirmation of residence / Accomodation' to submit to immigration center regarding visa extention, ARC (Alien Registration Card) issue. I have plenty of experience, documentation to provide & will help you solve any problems on it. We're very close to 'Chungang University(CAU)', 'Soongsil University (SSU)' which takes 15min by bus or by train. Bus stop is right in front of Openhouse and subway(train) station takes you 3min on foot. Especially, there is a direct bus to 'Chungang University' right in front of Openhouse, making it very convenient.
