2. How do payments work on FOHO?
You can pay deposits, monthly rent, and other fees using your credit or debit card through Wise or Payple on FOHO. We issue receipts, support monthly billing with reminders, and—if the landlord opts in—combine utilities in the same invoice. Card payments incur a 7% service fee. 3. Is FOHO trustworthy? Are there successful cases?
Yes. FOHO collects reviews from users who have completed rentals and uses that feedback to improve the service. We also work with a range of landlords and agencies. All payments generate records and receipts to keep transactions transparent.
4. How do I list a room? Can I do it from my phone?
You can list a room from both PC and mobile via your My Profile Page. Once listed, your room is shown to multilingual users and optimized for discovery on Google, Naver, and Bing.
5. How do tenants contact me? How does the contract work?
Tenants contact you through FOHO’s real-time multilingual chat. You can loop in a FOHO manager for smoother communication when needed. For contracts, use your preferred agreement; FOHO relays messages and provides invoices/receipts but does not provide legal advice.
6. What are the benefits of exposure and promotion plans?
Pinned placement and search priority keep your listing visible to the right tenants. Multilingual SEO and image optimization broaden reach on Google and Bing, leading to more qualified views and inquiries. Real-time reports help you adjust marketing. Check Plans
7. How are transactions kept safe on FOHO?
We use Wise and Payple for secure checkout and provide payment confirmations, receipts, and clear billing schedules. Due-date reminders and documented communication reduce disputes.
8. Where can I get help if something goes wrong?
